Today was Noami's 3rd day of survival swim lessons (ISR). She has already learned that the side of the pool is her friend and safe place. She has learned to close her mouth and keep her eyes open under water and today she even swam a short distance by herself. I continue to be amazed at this teaching technique. After just 3 days to have my almost 2 year old swimming by herself is amazing. It is worth all the crying and not wanting to get in the pool.Wednesday, April 8, 2009
3 Days and Swimming
Today was Noami's 3rd day of survival swim lessons (ISR). She has already learned that the side of the pool is her friend and safe place. ReplyDeleteWow, that is just incredible! To answer your question; Ellie will be three in the end of May... so she's almost an entire year older than Naomi. We tried potty training with Ellie a year ago because she was starting to show interest, but she just didn't have the bladder control or ability to hold it at all. It was SOOOOOO easy training her this past week that I'm glad we waited. Every kid is different though, so you never know!
